These are classic movies that offer viewers a chance to see the possibility of time travel, with the invention of the brilliant mind of Doc Brown. The first one is good, as it takes Marty back to 1955 to find the young Doc Brown to help him out as the time traveling Delorian had ran out of fuel and plutonium which he needed to get back to 1985. Well, in 1955 plutonium is a little hard to come by, so Doc had to find an alternate source of energy strong enough to power the Delorian and send Marty home. young Doc found out that the only source of power capable of producing that much power is a bolt of lighting, but you never know where its going to strike next. However with the assistance of a flyer to save the clock tower and when it got struck by lightning on Nov 12 1955, it inspired Doc to come up with a special rod to attach to the Delorian to power up the time machine and send Marty home.
Marty had problems in 1955, as he bumped into his parents when they were just teenagers and altered history as George Mcfly, which would be his dad in the future, wasn't the one to get hit by his grandfather's car, while watching his would be future wife Loraine Banes. Marty got hit instead as he pushed George out of the way, just before his granddad would've hit him with the car, and his would be future mom Lorraine Banes had the hots for him upon taking Marty to her bedroom to look after him. She called him Kalven Klein as it was written on Marty's underpants. So he and young Doc had to find a way to get his future dad and mom together and fall in love, as Marty's future existence would be in trouble as he would fade from existence. Well another guy named Biff, had the hots for Lorraine and tried to get her to love him, but also bullied Marty's future dad. Marty had to convince his future dad to stand up to Biff and go out with the girl. The inspiration came with the under the sea dance, but every plan has a few bumps in the road, as Marty had his own battles with Biff as well. It was a close call, but after Marty sets up his future dad to come and get Lorraine from Marty, Biff had gotten there before him, and got the girl first. Well his future dad was in shock as he came to the scene and somehow managed to punch out Biff and stood up to him, and got the girl. The trip back was very rocky, as Doc had set up his experiement and special lighting rod from the clock tower to lure the bolt of lightning as it struck the tower to the Delorian, as Marty sped across the wire and having the lightning rod touch the wire, suppling the Flux capacitor with the 1.21 jiggawats of power sending Marty to 1985. Interesting enough that his future was altered a little, as his house had changed and his parents had changed as well. Even Biff was no longer a bully to Marty's Dad, as he hired Biff to work on his dented car.
The sequel, was look into the future, which I really enjoyed. Seeing how an apple computer is an antique, and in 2015, the Café 80's had a Pac-Man arcade machine in the background with a Do not touch sign spread across the cabinet. Everything seemed futuristic and it was a chance to see what kind of progress and technology awaits us in our future. Flying cars seemed like a great possibility, but we no longer have public phones in 2014, as everyone has Iphones. It wasn't a prediction, but more of an insight of how far our progress will take us. The inside of the house of Future Marty and his girlfriend being Married, showed a whole variety of futuristic inventions,.
The compressed Pizza was hydrated in a Black and Deckor Hydrator. Marty's kids wore special shades that enabled them to watch tv at the table, as well as be notified of incoming video phone calls. I found it fascinating with the Lithium mode, and the computer voice to greet you when you come home with a positive attitude. I guess you can say that I really enjoy the future and what kind of modern hi-tech electronics are going to be invented to revolutionize our future lives, as if they don't complicate our lives enough already. But the hoover boards are a neat thing to be able to float in mid air. What a concept, as Marty gets an antique book of the sports almanac on the World Series from 1950-2000, and thinks that he could make millions by placing a few known outcome bets and score a bundle. However Old Biff manages to get the sports almanac, steals the time machine and gives it to his younger self in 1955, and changed 1985 big time. Marty found out the hard way of what happened, as Doc had explained why 1985 had been altered, as future Biff stolen Marty's original idea and now young Biff is rich, powerful, and owns his own hotel/casino. So Marty had to find out the hard and dangerous way the exact day and date he got the almanac as Biff is now Marty's father, as Biff had killed his biological father George Mcfly. After a life and death struggle, Marty gets the date of when Biff got the almanac, he and doc to go back to 1955 and get the almanac from young Biff. But he had to do it all without encountering his other self that came to 1955 the first time around.
Not an easy chore, as the older Biff managed to give it to his younger self, and Marty had to keep an eye and somehow get the almanac from young Biff. At the high school, he principal of the school took it from young Biff, and Marty had to sneak into the Principal's office to get it without being seen. It was funny, as Marty was under the Principals desk, and just as he was about to reach up and get the almanac from the desk, the Principal rolls his chair on the back of Marty's hand, and he was in serious pain, but couldn't scream. but when the principal tosses out the almanac, Marty grabs it, but it only turns out to be the cover as inside was a magazine that showcased sexy women. So that means that young Biff has the almanac all along and, Marty had done some fancy foot work to get it and to find a way to prevent his other self from getting into harm from Biff's buddies. The ending was funny, as with a strong struggle as Biff chased down Marty with his car, to get the almanac, Doc comes to the rescue and saves Marty, and Biff crashes his car into a manure truck. Yeah, now Marty takes the almanac and burns it, and the future becomes as it was before, but Doc gets struck by lightning and is sent to 1885. Boy was young doc shocked to see the other Marty come back for help, after he sent the first Marty back to the future.
Is time travel possible? Some say it is, others say you can't, but if it was, our world would be even more messed up as with everyone traveling through time and altering history, nothing would be the same and everything would be screwed up. Your home, world, and your life would change dramaticly and nothing would be the same ever. But with time travel, you could go back in time and correct any serious mistakes you've made in your life, or to see a family member that had long died before you were born and meet up with them. But it can be dangerous, as you threaten your very own existence if you, prevented them from meeting up and marrying. It all sounds great, as you can take advantage of missed opportunites, and regain all the things you've lost in life. But would it all be worth it? The Back to the Future movies are great to watch, but what if was to be re-released into theaters in 3-d? but just one question comes to my mind. Since Marty had brought along a video camera and a Walkman tape player with him to 1955, wouldn't those things fade away from existence as they've never existed or had been invented in 1955? For even more fun, I recommend that you get the Back to the Future game for the pc from Teltale productions.

Grumpy and Grumpier old Men
And here they are, two of the most grumpiest men ever lived in Warbasha. John and Max aka. Walther Mathaw and Jack Lemmon. Picture it, wintertime in Warbasha, it's too cold outside, snow is everywhrere, and two guys managed to argue, fight, and get at each other's nerves in one way or another. These are very funny movies and anyone who watches them can relate to what's happening and what to do about it. Well it was when Max and John were kids, they were the best friends, and often had fun ice fishing and probably bragged over their fish stories on whom caught the biggest fish. But in reality, they both developed grudges over each other as a woman had came into each other's lives and since John had married a woman that Max loved he got jealous of him. Well in their elder years, John lives in a wonderful home all by himself with his cat Slick to keep him company, and Max lived just next door to him. So, what's the problem this time. A new woman had moved into a house across the street, her name is Ariel. Ariel is very flirty and just loves to live life to the fullest.
So with John and Max both noticing her, and had grown quite fond of her, neither of them had the guts to make the first move, and get to know her.
It was during a trip to the local bait shop that both of them argued and bragged about Ariel and bragged about their love experiences, but Max got jealous as Ariel had visited John at 1:30 in the morning to use his bathroom, or did she have other plans on her mind. It was then that Chuck, the bait shop owner tries to talk the guys into what's really happening as he figures that instead of going to see Ariel, they'd assume to go ice fishing, sit on an ice cube and kiss up to a bucket of fish bait.
With the men being woken up, each of them attempt to hurry up and fix themselves up to be the first to go and see Ariel, but things changed when Chuck decided to take advantage of the opportunity that the men refuse to take, and go and see Ariel himself and spend some quality time with her.
Both guys couldn't believe on what happened and rushed to the bait shop and find out what Chuck's experiences with Ariel was like. Chuck explained to them that Ariel was a fine woman and awakened him to the fact that he's a man, with hopes and dreams and she made him think about living life to the best. But the men thought that he went to see Ariel and had a romantic relationship.
The fight begins again as both John and Max fight over Ariel and the heat really gets on, as Ariel's latest visit with John had resulted in the best sex he's ever had since October 4, 1978 with his last wife before she passed on. It was then that John decides to break up with Ariel and let Max have him, as his home was going to be confiscated by the IRS and will have no money to support her. Max had a blast with her and felt good, however after an argument in the Bar, John has a heart attack as he goes out to talk to Ariel. Max then has to have a change of heart and assists John to the emergency room to recover from his heart attack, and temporarily stops the fight and helps John with his financial problems, gets his home back, and John then marries Ariel.
In the sequel, John's married life seems to be happy, but he's still at it in fighting with Max.
But it's with the sudden news that after Chuck passed away, his bait shop is closed, which puts both of them to a halt for their one and only shared activity fishing. What's to become of the bait shop? It gets sold and turned into a Restorante, a fine Italian eatery with Mrs. Raghetti spaghetti's daughter as the owner, along with her mom who helps to run the place. Well, this doesn't go well with the guys, as their favorite fishing spot will become private property, and they can't fish there anymore, and have no chance to catch a giant fish they tried to catch for years. Would you believe that these two guys who were enemies have called a truce and did everything they can to prevent the place from opening and getting it closed down. From there, Max develops quite fond of Mrs. Raghetti and wants to schedule a date to see her, but he's nervous. as it's been years since his wife passed away that he attempted to find love again. Well with the argument with John and Mrs. Raghetti, he went down to apologize to her for all the things he's done to close the restaurant. John and Max missed the bait shop and aren't sure where to fish anymore. But his wife had different thoughts as although he went to Raghietti's to apologize, he never came home, and his wife assumed that he cheated on her. It was all cleared up as Raghetti's mom explained that her daughter doesn't want John, as she wants the other man Max.
Max and Raghetti's relationship had gotten off to a rough start, but he got his special night after they went out looking for night crawlers. All seemed to go well, however their wars began again as John's daughter Melanie breaks up the marriage with Max's son Jacob during the Ocktoberfest.
A funny scene comes when John's cat Slick poops on Max's newspaper, and to get back at him, Max goes and adopts a bulldog to get back at what Slick has done to his morning newspaper. The dog chases Slick, but at first he almost steps onto his own poop and meows as he makes a run to get away from Max's bulldog Lucky. The chase goes crazy as it ends up in John's house and Ariel's sculpture of her husband John gets broken. Ariel leaves John until the fight stops, and John goes to Max's house for shelter as his wife kicked him out of his own house. Poor john was freezing and Max gave him a set of matches and told him to light himself on fire to keep warm. So eventually Max let's John in his house, and it's a mess, as he has milk in the fridge that expired past it is date, 3 tv sets on at once and a half eaten sandwich was found in the couch John was sleeping in. Well even after all this romance, John's dad finds love with Raghetti's mother and falls in love with her, but sadly he passes away as he just sat on the couch by the lake. He had a very unusual diet for a 90 year old man as he only had bacon, bacon sandwiches, and he drank beer for his dinner, and wondered if god had forgotten him.
In the end, Raghetti Spaghetti gets married to Max, but before they get to the church, they make one last attempt to catch the giant catfish that John's dad tired to catch for more than 40 years. Amazingly, they both get along and finally manage to catch that fish and argued on who's wall it's going to be mounted onto. John then realized that even though he caught that fish, he decided to let it go in honor and memory of his dad. Max thought he was crazy for what he did, and suddenly realized that Max had to get to the church in a hurry. They both hurried up like crazy, and it looked like the wedding was going to be off. But at the last minute, John and Max get to the church in time of the wedding, while each of them were wearing their rubber fishing boots. During the bridal march, John asks Max if he has the wedding ring, but when he reached into his pocket, instead of the ring, he pulled out a fish. Ariel saw this and was in disbelief. It was during the wedding that Raghetti's mom had said that she's going to have a son in law with a face of a macarel, as she was referring to Max.
The wedding went on and in the end, when Raghetti and Max were in the limo and kissing each other. one of them smelled something stinky, and were they in shock when they saw that his dog Lucky was in the back seat watching them with his doggie smile. And Raghetti's restorante had turned into a restorante and bait shop.
During the outtakes at the end of the movie, it's really funny to hear John's Dad's answer to Raghetti's mom's question on if he's been to Hawaii. The men do forget their lines and it's hilarious . A very funny movie to anyone who's is deciding to find true love, and get informed on what they're in for.
